Well, looks like I need some support for a change.

I've got an issue with my old Rampage III based PC. It's got a Core i7, 6GB of triple channel, and a 1GB Radeon HD6450 GPU, running on W10. Card supports DirectX 11.2 and is connected to a 43" Samsung plasma display.

I know the hardware has some miles on it, but in the past week or so whenever anyone tries to watch any type of streaming video from providers like Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, or even Amazon the video and audio get choppy, and bars of what look like static flitter across the screen. However, YouTube works just fine and plays normally.

With the AMD Crimson beta driver for legacy GPUs uninstalled, the video plays just fine, but no pass through audio because no GPU driver. And of course, very limited desktop resolution.

I'm thinking this is some sort of W10 update/AMD driver compatibility issue, but I haven't dialed back to a previous restore point. Has anyone else encountered an issue like this?
