    This last weekend, Wal*Mart had a $297 laptop. Followed by Best Buy and "black Friday Sale" of $299 laptop.

    Yes, the mass rush to consumerism known as Holiday Sales is upon us.

    Today the news that WODS Boston's Oldie Station is now including Christmas in it's rotation..... I loved listening to the "Blue Plate Special" when I lived near Boston.

    They're already playing barf-inducing yuppie music that apparently has something to do with Christmas at the mall here :cry. What happened with playing nice, normal holiday music? The stuff that encourages you to stay and buy things?

    We got the blasted Sears Wishbook in the middle of August. rolleyes
