Chrome Browser On A Macbook Pro. - Hijacked Again!

Hello All!

I have an older Macbook Pro from 2011, (at this writing is still runs great - fyi). However, my chrome browser (Version 79.0.3945.130 (Official Build) (64-bit), keeps getting Hi-Jacked. It's pretty frustrating because I've tried several fixed from YouTube (none of which have worked) so I figured I see If I can pester the big guns here at Major Geeks. I've have used MG's in the past with great success (thanks btw), and I was hoping somebody could help me on this one.
About my MAC: MAC-OS is (High Sierra) 10.13.6
MAC 13" from 2011 (again it runs great!). But my Chrome browser keep getting Jacked (Version 79.0.3945.130 (Official Build) (64-bit).
The only other thing I know that may be useful is that in Chrome settings my browser isbeing referred to as being managed by an admin that can control my settings, what I can access, and view my past sites/pages. However, I purchased this Mac brand new from Apple as a personal computer and have not even used it for work once no less had an "admin" personnel of any kind access it. - hope that helps?
Any help or advice is appreciated.

Update to my issue... I rarely use Safari but it has apparently been HiJacked as well. I am not allowed to change the home page in either browser...
