CL RC Engine 3 Dummy Window and I do not have dell media

    Hi i have an same problem with my hp laptop..CL RC engine3 Dummy window & QPService.exe-application error. can any one help me how to resolve this issue? if i need to uninstall quick play then how i can or where i can reinstall the same.
