Clamwin

Clamwin found a virus .I made an error and the program ended before I could see the result. I did not know to quarantine so detection only was enabled I have Windows 2004 with Defender, and MBAM free stand alone.
Defender has caught 2 viruses last week. Or maybe someone has me targeted and no matter what I do they will keep getting me.
Should I do a clean install, a Macrium recovery or what?

I went to the summary before running it again and this what I found.

I almost could not get in. The phone was allowing me to communicate but the PC failed twice. I manually entered my credentials and finally was allowed in.

Anyway, the ClanWin full scan set to quarantine said no malware found . If it is clean now I wonder if it is reliable regarding false positives.
Whoops my error. I sanitized my drives entering the machine and recovered a Macrium image that I scanned. I wasn't thinking, sorry.

BTW< I have Defender, MBAM free stand alone ,ClamWin and EEK from Emsisoft, both portable and Windows firewall with a router from my ISP.
I do not go to dark spots and removed the sand box due to notoriety. I disabled sandbox and in my UEFI I disabled virtualization.
Norton is available for Comcast customers free but it is very old and requires tons of updates so I shied away.
Does this sound like I have enough of the right protection or should I change my protection?
