clash of the dragons freezing up

    i just received a new game which has been out for a long time,it loads fine but when i go to play it it freezes up i'm running windows XP home addition and i have lots of space for it and my direct X is up to date, my computer is about 3 years old, any suggestions???:,major

    First thing to try is running it in "Compatability mode"

    Right click the shortcut/launcher and click on compatability tab, try running it in Win 2000 first.

    If that fails try reinstalling it, sometimes you get a bum install.

    If you still are getting the same results you may have driver compatability issues.

    Do you get any error messages or is it just a crash to desktop?
