CLBCATQ.dll

I have picked up a real nasty rootkit. I have a number of files found by rootkit scanners that all have "clbcatq" as part of their name. They exist in the dllcache, drivers, all over the registry, etc. I have run a few different so called rootkit removers, but none of them have done the complete job. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I just finished wiping my hard drive due to a different rootkit and don't want to have to do that again unless absolutely necessary. Thanks in advance for any help that anyone can give.
