Clean Reinstall Of Windows 10 Pro Necessary With A Pc Out Of The Box

Hi Everyone,

My subject line says it all. Do I need to do a clean reinstall of windows 10 pro on a new dell laptop? Is there a lot of hidden bloatware or malware that could be avoided if i do? If so, do I need to worry much about drivers for a brother printer, for example?

Can you suggest a site with directions to follow?

Or isn't it worth it?

 

Its always worth a play.......what did the new Dell come with pre-installed, Win10 Home?

Pro will only unlock some certain networking advantages mainly aimed at the business environment.

Any undesired software installs can be easily undone.

This one came with pro so for me is probably overkill.

OK, well, I'll need to dig around and find the software I don't want and uninstall it. Hopefully it isn't like a phone where the apps are stuck and all one can do is force stop everything!

Others will say Im mad, but Windows is very well designed!

Its far more sophisticated than Android so you shouldn't have any issues uninstalling.
