Clean up auto complete entries in Firefox

Ok I have downloaded and ran the above programs but still can not get rid of the auto complete text in Firefox. Everything I have typed to "search" for in google is still there and its frustrating. Everything I type into a title bar or in a chat room is still there and its driving me crazy. So....... how do I remove this stuff from Firefox?

In my search on the web for trying to find a solution to get rid of the auto complete text stuff in firefox there was a suggestion to use Shift + Delete and I tried that but that didn't work unless I am doing it in the wrong place.

Thanks for any suggestions and help anyone can give me I greatly appreciate it.

Never mind I figured it out...

For any of you that read this that don't know how here is what I found..
Open Firefix
Select Tools
Select Options
Select Privacy
This will list things in a square to the right such as History, Saved Form Information, Saved Passwords, etc..
Click the + next to the Saved Form Information and that will open it up uncheck the box to save the information and the information will no longer be saved in the search bar etc..

I had been looking for a solution to this for the past 3 days and soon as I post in here to see if I can get some help I find the solution
