Cleanup complete - logs attached for assessing

I have completed the malware cleanup procedure as prescribed. The only problem I encountered was that Combo-fix would not run, I suspect that it is because I have McAfee installed on my machine. (I am a bit reluctant to uninstall it because this is a work machine.) Is there any way of disabling or killing McAfee without uninstalling?

I would appreciate your experts having a look at my logs to see if everything is okay now. My machine seems to be back to "normal" - if there is ever such a state!
