Click here to fix this problem on systemtray

Hello, I've been getting spyware from PC-Cleaner, a message on the system tray that says "Click here to fix this problem" and when I open it, it takes me to the PC-Cleaner - PC-Antispyware page... I have used Spybot, Adaware, AVG Antispyware, and Windows Defender, and none of them have been able to remove this (are pc-cleaner guys proud of this?)... So I got hijack this, and wanted some input before I delete something I'm not supposed to... Thanks!

sorry about that... reading the guide helped.. I still haven't gone over the specific OS guide, but the general one seemed to have fixed the issue, or at least helped a little
