Hey guys I've been reading through your troubleshooting guide (READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide) trying to get rid of these spyware files but it seems that no matter how much i try it keeps coming back. So I've finally decided to join and get help. I'd been going through the guide on my own but without success. I've since gone through again up to step 6 and will post the logs requested.

Thank you for you help Shadow!

I'd also like to mention that my shut down speed is incredibly slow, it takes about 4 or 5 minutes and the about 2 minutes on start up. Not sure if it is related, it could just be a hardware problem but I thought I might bring it up.

Note: I'm from Australia so I imagine there will be a time difference with messages.

Looks like that scan didn't find anything.

I thought i might mention that I've been surfing the net the last couple of days, using firefox and I've gotten a blue screen error twice... It says something about "if this is the first time you've seen this error restart" and it starts dumping physical memory.

The file that is erroring is a .SYS file.. something like afg.sys or adg.sys... it started with the letter A and was 3 letters long.
    Axx.SYS

Both times I got the error it was while surfing the net. I think the first time I was listening to streaming internet radio.

Your log is clean. If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:

    • If we used VundoFix, you can delete the VundoFix.exe file and the C:\VundoFix Backups folder and C:\vundofix.txt log that was created.
    • If we had your run FixWareOut, you can delete the Fixwareout.exe file and the C:\fixwareout folder.
    • If we had you download any registry patches like fixme.reg or fixWLK.reg (or any others), you can delete these files now.
    • You can delete the ShowNew.Zip and GetRunkey.Zip files and the files that you extracted from the ZIP files. You can also delete the C:\newfiles.txt and C:\runkeys.txt logs that were created
    • If you are running Windows XP or Windows ME, do the below:
      • go back to step 8 of the READ & RUN ME to Disable System Restore which will flush your Restore Points.
