Client Services for NetWare?

    A friends PC has had Fast User Switching turned off by Client Services for Netware.
    Has to login onto his Admin account to even get Windows XP Pro to open.
    Cannot access any other accounts on the machine.
    He does NOT want the other people to access the web on his account. Convinced him it was gravely dangerous. Reason his is Admin and passworded while they are Limited Accounts.
    How can we get the Welcome Screen and other accounts back when booting up?
