Is it possible to clone a monitor and using both in tandem, have one display vertical and one horizontal? Every time we try, they revert back to the default.

    Thank you!

    Hi BB,

Don't really know what you mean by 'Clone'. Do you mean a dual output video or two video cards etc. My company once made a Word Processor (Complete computer) and used the monitor on it's side to be closer to the shape of a page. That was done by swapping the Vertical and Horizontal video signals. Not exactly sure how our engineers did it, but I am sure it wasn't easy. Probably a modification to the monitor. Maybe someone else has more detail. Guys?

    Good Luck, Jim

In other words, one display would, in essence, be rotated 90 degrees? I think you may need to physically put one monitor on it's side to do that in clone mode.
