   Downloaded CloneDisk 2.3.5 on Dell IdeaPad, unzipped and ran it. Does not show any drives under "Device", and no help seems available on line. Any ideas?

   That software is 7 years old. I tried to get to the author's site

   and it failed to load. I suspect the software is not maintained.
   
   Why not try something better known?

   I have never used it but some here have and can probably help you with any issues.
