I dont hear well,so I have the closed captions on my tv working a lot, however, I recently hooked up my laptop to the TV and watch streaming episodes off of Netflick(mostly futrama, family guy, some movies(Id take suggestions)

pronblem is,unliike dvds from netflix,I dont have an option for Closed captatioing for most stuff......how do I get around this and still get the ease of streaming movies live and not using slow nailmail?
would a roku box be any different?
OI use the closed captioning option on TV, but it gets only half the words, I swear....

I couldn't find any info on Netflix's website; however you might try calling them at 1-866-636-3076 (customer service phone # posted on netflix.com).

The issue with closed captioning on regular TV with programs that are either broadcast (local news, sporting events) or recorded (Conan, Jimmy Kimmel, etc) live is based on the person typing in the captions. Unlike a network series, there are no "do overs".

Iff thy cant typewell or keepup with what persons saying its a case of "garbag in garbage outt". :-D
