Cloudflare Captchas - One More Step Please Complete The Security Check To Access

Good Evening all.
Last night I noticed when opening a browser and trying to go to a website
Cloudflare Captchas
window came up with message "one more step please complete the security check to access - www.blank.blank.blank..com"

It made me select Captchas images then forwarded me to my intended website.

Now, it does it for any browser, I open and search or visit a web site and Cloudfare verification comes up. This is very annoying.

What I have done.. Cleaned the PC thoroughly! all is clean. Yet, still making me go through Cloudfare. ANY HELP?
