I just upgraded my Windows 10 with Windows 10 Upgrade Now the cmd and cmd admin have changed to powershell & powershell admin cannot get the new powershell programs to work . Keep getting a "need to have authorization" How do I fix this? T.I.A.

Command prompt should be still there did you type CMD in the search box.You should still have both command prompt and power shell.

Press Windows key + R to open run box and type CMD to see if command prompt is still there and will pop up.

Is this part of the the Windows Insider Program upgrade. If it is i would recommend rolling back to previous build if you are having stability issues.

I still have the cmd come up and I need to open it with WIN+ 1 to run as administrator I made the changes suggested to get Powershell(Admin), turned the powershell to run as admin instead of cmd(Admin)

Right click the Taskbar and select 'Taskbar Settings'
Toggle the 6th option to off; now command prompt will appear in the Win + X menu.
