Cnet Do you trust it?

I'm just wondering if YOU trust Cnet, from my experience i may have gotten one infected file, but still not clear if i did download it from Cnet.

 

Well, in all honesty, I have never downloaded anything from them. Why would I have to, I can get everything I need here at MGs. At least here I KNOW whatever I D\L will be safe. The admins here take great pains in making sure that what you get here is not infected.

 

If I am downloading files about 99.8% of the windows files come from MG.

Why chance anything else?:major

 

I used to frequent the site more often several years ago, but, to me at least, C-Net just seems loaded with useless programs nowadays. I just remember getting far better programs off there 5+ years ago, and now, it seems one has to dig through mountains to find a single good program.

 

Agreed, I was going to say I used to use Cnet myself... Back in the day when crt monitors ruled the world.

 

I have never gotten anything infected from it, I only use it if I'm mirrored to it. I do remember getting useful programs, but now it just seems like crap.
