    I have just watched a film called The Guardian starring Kevin Costner and Ashton Kutcher. It is about the training and skills of the US Coastguards.
    When you see the dedication shown by these men and women to put their lives at risk for people in difficulty, i really admire these people.

    Coastguards all over the world - they deserve a big thank you for keeping us safe.

    That was a good movie. Probably the first movie I really liked with Kevin Costner starring in it.

    I haven't seen that one yet, I'm not a Costner fan but liked what I saw of the trailers. I know a few Coasties and they are gone/deployed more than most Navy guys.
