COD4 disconnects me while in the middle of EVERY match.

Hi, just recently my COD4 game has been acting up while playing online on XBOX LIVE. I literally start a match, and within about 5 minutes of EVERY match that I start, it shows a disconnected image on the screen, and boots me back to the lobby. My friends that I play with during the match NEVER have this problem. My ping online is also 4 green bars(the highest). I don't know what the problem is because everything was working fine before and now it just started doing this for the past week. If anyone can help me with this problem, PLEASE post. well i know close to nothing about consoles. although it could possibly be your wireless acting up even though you have a good signal. ive had pc wireless cards randomly disconect like that. i would try connecting hardwire strait to the router if thats an option.and see if that fixes your problem. other than that i dont know.
