robertbiferi I can't follow the rules

I have a lot of .VOB files from movies and I want to put them on my Tablet.

So I am converting them to 320x240 but I did not know if I sould use
    MKV AVC H246 or MP4 AVC H246

    Can you help?

It doesn't matter. It's the same video codec either way. Reconsider the 320x240 resolution, though. It doesn't look good on my 8" screen and it won't be better on your 10".

I have a 16 GB Micro SD card and I wanted to get as many videos on it as I can.

So I have 23 Frames Per Sec. at 1,000 bps.
And I did not want to go with 720x480 so what would you make it?

Try the 320x240 if you like on a couple of videos with a lot of action. Make sure they're watchable to you before you invest the effort of converting a bunch of videos.
