codec pack

    just recently installed a codec pack to help solve some problems with windows media player 11 and i went to play a dvd and it came up saying about the digital copy protection, and a link between decoder dvd drive and video card. Is there a simple reason for this? (it isnt a copied DVD)

    Windows media are the worsth now with all that DRM crap did you try Windvd
    or PowerDVD.

    That's why i am still using windows media 9.

    DRM= Digital right management.
