So im new to these forums and i have to admit i'm not the smartest guy around when it comes to computer stuff etc etc, so i was wondering if someone could help me remove this coinminer 32 which has suddenly slowed down my computer significantly and randomnly asks permission to access program files.

SO basically im asking for someone to help me remove this malware or whatever it is and i need to know if theres any specific information i need to provide before i we continue.

Note: i use windows 7 home premium, and the Google Chrome internet browser primarily.

so i find more information about this coinminer32 thing

When i began to end suspicious processes via windows taskmanager i came across a process using quite a bit of CPU so i ended it which resulted in windows defender "supposedly" deleting the virus totally but it always comes back to my processes.

Windows defender gave me the following info about the malware
    Containerfile:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\folder\start.exe

    Containerfile:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\folder\yahoo.exe

    Containerfile:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\folder\start.exe->(ASpack v2.4c)

    process:
    pid:1592

    process:
    pid:2464

alright so ive found out that whenever i reboot my computer i find through windows taskmanager that several suspicious processes that i end keep coming back no matter what i do.

Also in the task manager processes i found that another several programs like chrome, skype, and a couple other programs have a short "*32" next to them and all of those processes seem to be using a significant amount of memory than the other familiar processes.

Someone please help asap and tell me my computer and personal information in safe
    Thank you

Uninstall the below but use Revo (see below)

    • Ask Toolbar
    • blekko search bar
    • Deals Plugin
    • PC Speed Maximizer v3.0
    • Shop To Win

    Try Revo Uninstaller.
Choose the option on the bottom of the list (#4). Be very careful while deleting the bolded registry items ONLY!! This software will create a system restore point for you as well prior to uninstalling a software program.

Run HitManPro and have it fix all these items.

    • C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\flyppq.exe
    • C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\ibodpr.exe
    • C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\llrqdm.exe
    • C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\xzajvs.exe
    • C:\Users\User\msjias.exe

    http://img805.imageshack.us/img805/9659/rktigzy.gif Fix items using RogueKiller.

Double-click RogueKiller.exe to run. (Vista/7 right-click and select Run as Administrator)
When it opens, press the Scan button
Now click the Registry tab and locate these 8 detections:
    • [SUSP PATH] HKCU\[...]\Run : QjBDMzZFNkVDRTRCQ0I0Nk (C:\Users\User\TPUJya.exe) -> FOUND
    • [SUSP PATH] HKCU\[...]\Run : OTU2MjFCQkQ1MEZCMDhFRk (C:\Users\User\msjias.exe) -> FOUND

Place a checkmark each of these items, leave the others unchecked.
    Now press the Delete button.
When it is finished, there will be a log on your desktop called: RKreport[2].txt
Attach RKreport[2].txt to your next message. (How to attach)
Do not reboot your computer yet.

Please disable all anti-virus and anti-spyware programs while we do the following (re-enable when you are finished):

Run C:\MGtools\analyse.exe by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator). This is really HijackThis (select Do a system scan only) and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:

So i put the otm log and the mglogs in the attached files below.

So far ive noticed that things havent been as slow as before but im still a little worried about some suspicious processes i see running when i run task manager.
The ones that scare me a bit since i dont seem to be familiar with them or im just stupid, tell me if im wrong, but here are the following processes that i found unfamiliar or havent noticed before.

    Processes:
    igfxpers.exe
    hkcmd.exe
    igfxsrvc.exe
    igfxtray.exe

Also in processes under image name i find that my google chrome has a weird *32 label next to each chrome process that i havent really noticed before.

Anyways thanks for all the help so far.

No, tis only a fool who does NOT ask a question. If you don't ask, you don't know. :)

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware. Unless you purchase them, they provide no protection. They do not use any significant amount of resources ( except a little disk space ) until you run a scan.
    2. If we had you use ComboFix, uninstall ComboFix (This uninstall will only work as written if you installed ComboFix on your Desktop like we requested.)
      • Click START then RUN and enter the below into the run box and then click OK. Note the quotes are required
      • "%userprofile%\Desktop\combofix" /uninstall
        • Notes: The space between the combofix" and the /uninstall, it must be there.
        • This will uninstall ComboFix and also reset hidden files and folders settings back to Windows defaults.
    3. Go back to step 6 of the READ ME and renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it.
    4. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    5. If we had you download any registry patches like fixme.reg or fixWLK.reg (or any others), you can delete these files now.
    6. If running Vista, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    7. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis.
    8. Goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders
related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    9. If you are running Win 7, Vista, Windows XP or Windows ME, do the below:
      • Refer to the cleaning procedures pointed to by step 7 of the READ ME
for your Window version and see the instructions to Disable System Restore which will flush your Restore Points.
      • Then reboot and Enable System Restore to create a new clean Restore Point.
    10. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
