combo fix deleted so much of my stuff,!!

Ohemmgii!!
I was having probs with google installer, the malware,, wheni booted my laptop, it went all blank after the log on, and displayed only cursor and message ''google installer has stopped working and needs to close''
thus after much efforts, i removed the virus with combo fix, only to find that all my drivers, a lot of software got disappeared...
how can i get it back??

post, but accidentally after running the CFDQ-UsrPrf.exe program i rebooted my computer, now, i cant rerun this program as it says error something,



please tell me what to doo, is it really bad? you can help right? please do
