Combo Fix Log

Hello Everyone,

A friend of mine referred me to this site, he had an issue with his computer, he came here, got some help, and it was resolved with some guidance. I have had some issues with my computer lately, it started with a spyware protect 2009 virus. I removed that, but continue to see various viruses when running avast or malwarebytes. I have gone through the process listed in the read me first - malware removal thread. I have attached the combo fix log below and would greatly appreciate any help anyone can give me.
