Combo Fix Problem

I had a trojan and began running down the Window XP Cleaning procedure. I started to run ComboFix and the system is locked up. I let the computer run as it was all night and it was still frozen. I held the power button down and it went into standyby (saw the blue windows screen really fast saying it was going there). Once it went there, I hit the power button again and all I have is a black screen. The computer is running and when I move the mouse around to the toolbar it will change to the hour glass icon. I can not access any of the files or .txt files from the computer (I am on another one). PLEASE HELP!!!!

OKAY!!! I took it upon myself to hit CTRL+ALT+DEL and choose to RESTART. It worked as far as I can tell. Do I need to continue to try to run ComboFix or can I never touch it again???

Please continue with those steps in the READ & RUN ME FIRST which do NOT cause your computer problems. You can come back to Combofix later. See if you can get SuperAntiSpyware to run and try to get the MGTools installed and run.
