combofix.exe and mstools

I am running your READ ME FIRST thread due to all internet explorer windows closing when I close one, when I send an email and sometimes all closing for no reason. When I click on the links for combofix and mgtools, IE closes all windows. Should I proceed without using combofix and mgtools? I did use both of these applications a couple of months ago to rid my comp of some horrendous viruses using your READ ME FIRST thread and they both ran fine.

You can run SUPERAntiSpyware (SAS) , Spybot and Malwarebytes (MBAM)and attach the logs from SAS and MBAM before downloading ComboFix and MGtools, but we will need you to run and attach the logs from ComboFix and MGtools to properly help you.

Try safe boot mode or use another browser ( like Mozilla FireFox ) to download them. Not sure why you could download SUPERAntiSpyware, Spybot, and Malwarebytes and not ComboFix and MGtools.
