combofix: I screwed up!

I have that problem with the "common file" on start up that several other people are having. I found your site by googleing "helper.dll". I followed all the steps on your malware removal page. When I got to the combofix step I screwed up. I know I was supposed to save it to my desktop BEFORE running it, but when I downloaded it I was only given an option to run it. So, not being very computer savvy, I thought maybe after I clicked "run" I would be given the option to save but of course I wasn't. Then I panicked and hit "cancel". I am really concerned now about what to do.

I tried so hard to do everything right by following all the steps exactly. Please help me. I am the mom in this family with a husband and twin 16-year-olds. If I screw up the computer, they will all have a fit.
