ComboFix is running already for > 22 hours (and counting)

First I really have to ask why you are posting here when you have started by posting at SpyZooka. You should be working with them since that is where you started.

If ComboFix has still not finished, you will have to try killing the process. Sometimes a power off is the only recourse and it can also potentially cause problems since ComboFix may have various files and registry keys open. But as I said, sometimes there is no other way to stop it since in reality it should not take that long. Hopefully you did not download and run the version of ComboFix which had a bug and would delete all of your Documents and Settings folder contents.

But again, you need to work with SpyZooka since that is where you began. If you had want our help, you should have been here before buying and using SpyZooka.

 

Yes and that is why you should have come here first. No program can make the guarantee of 100% removal. That is an outright lie/exaggerated claim. And to even come close, they would have to perform manual removal steps like we do and that means that their program is not doing the removal.

If you cannot get any help from them, come back here and we will attempt to help you with any malware problems you have. However as noted in my last message, if ComboFix never ended, you probably have to do a forced power shutdown which while dangerous it likely your only option since Task Manager probably will not open or may not be able to end the processes anyway (but you could try Task Manager).
