ComboFix Problem - Half Fixed

Firstly, you guys are awesome at what you do!

Anyways, I had some malware that redirected the first link that I clicked on google after opening a new browser and the internetz suggested that I use combofix to rid myself of said malware. I ran it and Combofix then quarantined my entire computer. I stumbled upon this thread and followed the CFscript.txt directions and the majority of my computer has been restored (I think). The problem is that I'm using an old laptop that only has a 40 gig hard drive so when combofix was restoring everything my hard drive depleted to 0 bytes! I tried deleting some old programs and dumping old mp3s and pictures to an external hard drive to free up some gigs and ran the CFscript.txt again but that only seemed to reinstall programs that I just deleted (if that makes sense). I looked at the c:\Qoobox\quarantine and it appears that it is 19 gigs. So,

Does that mean that I still need to restore half of my computer?
How do I do this?
