'Comcast.net/home' logon error, window shuts off ?

    When try to logon to 'Comcast.net/home'... many times (not all times) after login the IE 'window' just shuts off.
    The only error message received (and does not appear all the time after 'shut-off') is attached... something about 'memory could not be 'written.' etc.
    Have not had the problem with any other web site yet.
    Also, have not tried contacting Comcast or Dell (running XPpro on Dell Latitude D830), but guess that is next ?
    Thoughts ???
