comcatj.dll & playxe.dll trojan removal help

I am hoping someone can help me get rid of comcatj.dll and dplayxe.dll trojans. I tried to go into regedit and and delete them/change them. I reset my permissions to full control and tried to delete. The report came back that I did not have proper permission. Resetting permissions again did not help and it appears this malware makes a permission-limited user account when you try to delete it from an account with full permission. I am not sure why unless makes your full-permission account "work through" the limited one?

AVJ sees these trojans, says it will heal them, and asks to restart the computer. The malware is still there when you turn the machine back on.

I think a quick fix to this and other similar problems would be if someone would come up with a program that would allow you to delete a file by simply ignoring all permissions. Yes, it would be powerful and "dangerous" for the inexperienced to use - but it sure would be a nice tool to have.
