Command.exe Malware

Well basicully this program is in my Task manger, I deleted it once and yet it Came back. Now my several programs are hoping around the list on my task manger like they are playing games with me, When I finally click on command.exe
it Says That I cannot delete it. The path to Command.exe is c:\windows\IA\command.exe. I know it has hidden it self. But when I open cmd and go to the path it still isn't there. I open Services from the run box tried to kill the process but the option of that wasn't in Bold for me to select. Do I disabled the process for future start ups. Any advice what to do now?

P.S I havn't rebooted yet.
