Comp. job

Argh!!!!
Built a pc for someone a few days ago, went to put it into the customer's house and plugged in etc, came to install the internet and 2 hours later I still haven't managed. So have decided on wired router - easiest option.
Guess who the ISP is????

Can't the person go with wonderfull BT I know others may knock BT but i always look at it that BT are the biggest oldest Telecomunications in the UK own 90 plus% of the lines so as far as repairs they are reliable aswell as paying cash for everyday thaey fail to repair..Last time we recieved £90
