Comp keeps crashing on boot! Here's the message, and EVent Viewer. Can Anybody help?

Hey all

My comp runs fine, except every other boot I get the blue screen that says the regular "system has haulted and doing physical memory dump" but also says this:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

STOP : 0X0000000A (OX00000004, 0X00000001C, OX0000000, 0X804F94B


Here's what I get in event viewer:

ERROR : NET BT (it has the red x beside it)

Init failed because the transport refused to open initial addresses.

Does anyone know what the problem could be??

 

Look like ZONEALARM is the culprit! That bugger! Worked fine before. Comp is stable since uninstalling it.. knocks on wood.
