   I am runnin xp and my comp seems to have picked up something. It took over my search and wallpaper. While trying to runs antispyware it shut itself down. Now when I restart I can only get to the log in page. When you try to log in it automaticly logs off.

   I have moved your thread to the software forum. If you are caught in a login logout loop, you can try doing this:
   
   How to recover from a corrupt registry.
   
   I suspect that your userinit file is corrupted and was removed by one of the scans. Once you are back up and stable, you can start a new thread in the Malware forum after doing the READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide
