Comp wont Boot now D:

    I changed my FSB to 200 and my multiplier to 10.0x and i saved cmos settings and restarted but nothing comes up, instead i get a black screen and my computer just keeps beeping... beeep...... beeep.... beeep....

    I also set my memory to run at 200...

    I NEED THIS RESOLVED ASAP!!

    Ive got an ASUS A7N8X-X mobo
    CPU :AMD Athlon XP 2600+

    Turn off the computer, unplug the power source. Take the battery out of the motherboard. Wait 30 mins. Put the battery back in, plug the power source back in. Turn on the computer.

    It resets it right.. I was looking for a reset CMOS button like on the Apple G4.... thx... ill tell ya if it works (i dont doubt you thought!)

    Thanks dude, it worked, of course! Now ive got Kaiser Chiefs, The Shins, and My Chemical Romance on my iPod! I needed it for band practice (im the drummer)
