I am trying to install XP Pro SP3 on my Compaq Presario B1200 laptop. I am looking for the SATA drivers so I can slipstream them in with nLite, but haven't had any luck on Google.

I attach the Everest report. Please let me know where I can find the drivers, and what bit I should be looking at to determine which I need so that I know next time I do this.

    Thanks

    Hi

Very likely that this HERE is your SATA driver for that model of Compaq PC.

    Thanks, that worked.

The network adapter on the HP website, Broadcom Netlink Ethernet Gigabit Adapter, didn't work, however. I only managed to get online by looking at the Everest report that I'd posted here and seeing that it previously had a Broadcom 802.11g Network Adapter, and finding that on the CNET download site.

    Thanks for your help.
