Okay, I've found lots of websites (& posts on MajorGeeks)
about finding compatible memory when you have a specific PC.

I need to go the other way.

I have a number of memory modules (DIMMs, SIMMS, whatever). I want to know what computer(s) they are compatible with. Does such a website/tool exist? If not, please suggest some other options.

    TIA,

Not that I know of, mainly because there's roughly 50,000 types of systems out there, and that's the pre-built ones. Then you have all the different kinds of motherboards that go in home-made systems. It's a mess. Fortunately, the number of memory types out there is a lot smaller.

Here's my suggestion: Group your parts by type.

Sort them into DIMMs and SODIMMs. After that, sort both groups by generation, DDR, DDR2, DDR3, et cetera. Then sort all the piles of DIMMs into ECC and non-ECC. There's only one way of making a PC2700 SODIMM, so the ones in that pile will go in all the DDR laptops out there, and a few iMacs as well.

I don't think you can get more specific than that. Sorry.
