I was just curious about something, and this is probably a stupid question, but I guess it can't hurt to ask. I was wondering if old game cd-rom's for W98, XP, or Vista etc could be converted or reformatted or whatever it is we do to files,,, so that they would be compatible, or able to play on Win7/64 bit??? With all the converters I see out there, I thought maybe it was a slight possibility that this too, could be done? I have like 30 racing, shooting, card, & board games that I would still like to be using. :confused

Files can be converted, but if they are programs they cannot.

If they are 16-bit applications, they can not run on Windows 7, even in compatibility mode.

Easiest way to find out: try it!
