Complete help required if possible!!!

    I know this is probably a bit much to ask but is there anyone who lives in London who will be able to get rid of the trojan horses and remove all malware from my laptop? I've read some of the threads on this forum on how to get rid of it yourself but I really can't trust myself. I fear I'll muck my computer up even more. I'll pay a small fee if desired (small as I'm a student) since I'm quite desperate to have it fixed before this Saturday. If my demands are impossible, please let me know asap. Thank you very much!

    Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.


    • If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going.
    • Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.
    READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide

    Notes:

    1. If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can run the steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:
    2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools on another PC and burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.

    Am starting to go through the 'Read & Run Me' guide but what do I do if the malware on my laptop's removed all ways I know of to get to Control Panel and Add/Remove Programs? That means I can't even do the 1st part of the 1st step!!! :cry

    Skip whatever you can not do and continue on...just tell me what you couldnt do and if there are error messages with some of the items.
