Hello, I have and HP laptop that is having some issues. First of all it's slow. CPU gets high and it uses a lot of memory for nothing. I did a lot of scanning but nothing has popped up so far. Also when I put headphone I hear crackling sound on windows 7 when nothing is playing. That got me worried because the noises stopped after searching on google if it can be caused by some kind of spyware. Well I don't know what is going on with the computer. Is there a way to find out if I have a virus/rootkit that is messing up my computer? Also is there possible to see if some kind of hardware keylogger has been installed on my computer. I live with roommate and I noticed that a screw is missing from under the computer so I am looking at all the possibilities. Thank you for your help

Rerun Hitman and have it fix all that it found. Other than that, your logs are clean. Perhaps you should post in the software forum for additional assistance with your slowness.

You should enumerate what is slow.

Hello, thanks for the quick response. I know you know what you are doing but please can you make me run a little more tests? I am sure there is something. As I said before I live with roommates and we are using the same wifi connection. The person could easily cover it's tracks and create some kind of backdoor to return to the system. I don't know a lot about computers but I read a little about them. So please can you look if there is a backdoor or something? I was wearing my headphones and I heard those clicking sound (like when you click on computer icons) but very fast. Please man have another look. Also hitman pro can't delete the files it found cause the license has expired. Thank you

We could do this but nothing is likely going to be found. And one of the scans we would have run is ComboFix but you already ran that before you came here and it did not find any issues either. You just had some stuff we consider junkware which Malwarebytes pointed out and remove. I will give you more sca to run below to cleanup other miscellanous junk, but your problems are more likely Windows related problems. FOr example you may have had some issue when you updated to Windows 7 SP1 because the below really should not be running normally and they run on your PC:
Also you could stand to have another GB of memory on this PC.

You do not need to remove these.

Now please download Junkware Removal Tool to your desktop.
    • Shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts.
    • Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista or Seven, right-mouse click it and select Run as Administrator.
    • The tool will open and start scanning your system.
    • Note: That JRT may reset your home page to a google default so you will need to restore your home page setting if this happens.
    • Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications.
    • On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open.
    • Attach JRT.txt to your next message.
I also suggest that you uninstall the below:
    Tencent QQ
    Web Freer
    Yahoo! Software Update

You've had two experts check your logs, I don't know what more you could ask for. :confused

As Kestrel13! stated, we just did. I gave you things to uninstall and JRT even removed some of them too ( like Tencent ). But if you wish to spend more time running scans then run the below.

    Using ESET's Online Scanner

Now please run the below anti-rootkit tool from Malwarebytes.

    http://blog.malwarebytes.org/news/2013/05/malwarebytes-anti-rootkit-beta-1-06/

Attach a log from the above.
