Computer Checkup

Hey guys,

Wasnt quite sure where to post this thread so i thought id start here in the malware forum, recently ive noticed a slight drop in my computers performance so i was hoping to perform a general system checkup just to make sure everythings working as it should be. So i figured since checking for malware would probably be wise to post it here. Ive also tried to edit my startup items with MSCONFIG to make my startup times faster as well as general use untill i read today on the forums that this isnt an advisable way to do this. So basically i was hoping you would be able to help me with a checkup of my system as its been a while since i have checked it and im not brilliant at these things
