Computer crashed

This time it was Dan's he did a System Recovery worked for a bit then down again, I did System Restore, worked but the when he went to windows update and downloaded Service Pack 3 :mad thats what put mine down. anyway it's running but this report box won't let him do anything. He mostly plays games, here it is -

No, tried to enlarge it and can't, now it stopped doing it for me to capture another.

 

Ok got this one off my computer, same thing, on his when you click more info it tells you to go to windown update, which then downloads SP3 which crashes the computer
like a catch 22

Now it's something else, actually I think what caused the problem to begin with, Windows XP Service Pack 3. Every time it's downloaded it freezes up and won't load properly. So I'm going to look for the posts of when I had trouble with MINE crashing 3 times after downloading the SP3
