Hi MajorGeeks gurus again. This computer is having problem again. Maybe not
TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen malware but the computer crashes unexplainedly and unexpectedly. Firefox/IE7/opera (all most current versions) crashes even when nothing is loading or streaming. I even uninstalled them, restart, then resinstall and restart. The problem persist.

I have done the malware scanning SOP outlined and I am submitting the logs. Thanks for the help, again...:-o

Your logs are clean. I suggest that you post the details of your crashes (exact word for word error messages) in the Software Forum. Also it may be a good idea to give them an Event Viewer log. See: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/308427
