computer crashes

i run a gforce 6800 gt 256 video card..i have a 450 watt power supply.. all my drivers are up to date.. when playing BHD i get these crashes.. i get 2 to 3 a day now.. also i run argus on my computer any ideas...i have a pic of the screen on how it looks but dont know how to put it in the post... son

What are your temps? Getting good airflow?

yeah good air flow.. Temps...GPU 58 Ambient 41 when im in the game (BHD) all of a sudden the screen will go to just a bunch of pixcles.. if im on team speak i lose connection.. i cant windows out or alt tab out.. i have to crash the computer.. i have a picture of my screen but i dont know how to post a picture... Son

OK forgive me as I dont know what your refering to as BHD ( yeah go on laugh as its prolly easy but I cannot work it out at present )?

What is argus?

As to posting a picture yo have two methods,

1. Click Go Advanced if your not already in that reply box, then scroll down a bit and click Manage Attachments and then click Bowser & locate the image and Upload then once uploaded ( note that their is limits to file size ) close the box and finish the post and click Submit

2. This is if the image is too large or just another method of posting an image ( try to keep the images to 800x600 as it just throws the formatting out ) goto http://www.imageshack.us/ click Browse and again locate the image, then click Host It once its uploaded click any of the image links and copy and past it into your post.

BHD is the game black hawk down... argus is a anti-cheat program i use.. i think i got the picture uploaded... this is what my screen looks like...
