Computer Extremely Slow

My computer died 2 weeks ago. An IT person at my company found and removed numerous viruses and spyware programs. It was ok for a week then I got VirusBurster on my computer which I removed successfully. I downloaded Avast Anti Virus and it found 3 viruses and removed them. When I rebooted my computer it wouldn't reboot and I had to do it in safe mode. I rolled the sytem back to the previous day and it has been unbelieveably slow and un responsive. Attached are the specs of my machine.

System restore is a trap for viruses. You need to disable it and do all scans from safe mode. Try our readme on removal:

My computer keeps freezing up. Should I do the stuff on the link you sent me in safe mode?
