Computer Hangs / is overloaded

Hi, I´ve been having problems lately with my computer hanging. I use f-secure antivirus. I´ve tried spybot, but it hasn´t helped. I down loaded hijack this and posted the log on an automatic analysis site (www.hijackthis.de).

This identified various problems, but I´m a bit dubious of the result since it failed to recognise f-secure as a firewall. I´ve looked round the forum and it seems that some of the entries in the hijackthis log are indeed problematic.

Unfortunately, I don´t know what to do about them, ie how to remove the problems. I´ve attached the hijackthis log file. Could someone please help me? Thanks!

Please follow the steps below:

- Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:
