computer hijacked

    Two viruses that are coming up:

    Trojan horse clicker.BKX
    VBS/Psyme

    Bitdefender log is attached.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Where are these coming up? You logs do not show this. Bitdefender does show Trojan.SwfDL.A in your TIF folder which you can just delete manually with your browser closed or you could just empty your Internet Explorer cache for the user named preston.

    VBS/Psyme is coming up on the AVG virus scan.

    The file it's located in is the msn.hta

    I'm getting a flickering computer monite along with computer freeze up!

    Download and run about:Buster......No installation required! Just unzip it to a folder. Click Update and download any updates before scanning. If you receive an error message about a missing MSCOMCTL.OCX file when you run about:Buster, download the file in the link below and run it. It will give you the necessary file. There is also a help file that come with about:Buster that explains some common errors and how to fix.

    Save the About:Buster log and attach it here. That msn.hta file may have an alternate data stream (ADS) attached to it.
